Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed by speaking to our staff
through the day or when unavailable by answering machine.
- Phone or Fax 24 hours a day (Order pads available
for faxing)
- Access to all delivery drivers via mobile phones.
- Orders placed before 5pm the night before
help ensure all stock ordered will be available otherwise we will
contact you if there is any problems

Delivery
- Deliveries to suit customers needs.
- Upon delivery items checked and invoice signed by
relevant personnel and original copy issued to customer.
- All produce must be acceptable to chefs otherwise
they will be replaced.

Account Statement
- A computer-generated statement is automatically
issued to customers monthly or upon request.
- Alternatively statements can be issued weekly or
fortnightly by prior arrangement.

Miscellaneous
- A graph showing customers spending over and period
of time can be issued upon request.
- A produce 48 hour return period, replacement policy
exists.
